Senior/ Lead QA Engineer

SQA Consulting SEE is looking for multiple dynamic and highly motivated professionals, qualified QA Engineers, to join our testing team. The testing team is very central and important, and is responsible for many of the major processes within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the specification and design documents
• Create and maintain test plans and test cases
• Report, manage, and track bugs in our applications.
• Support uploads for production services.
• Working closely with different interfaces like developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Test Automation:

  • 5+ years of experience in software test automation

  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java

  • Proficiency in TestNG, Cucumber, and Maven

  • Familiar with building and maintaining automation frameworks

• API Testing:

  • Experience with Postman and/or RestAssured

  • Understanding of RESTful web services and API automation best practices

• Performance Testing (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with tools such as JMeter, Grafana k6

• Test Management & Documentation:

  • Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr

  • Ability to translate requirements and specifications into clear, structured test cases and documentation

• Database & Backend Testing:

  • Comfortable writing and executing SQL queries

  • Experience working with MS SQL Server and database validation

• Web & Server-Side Testing:

  • Exposure to server-side testing in Windows server environments

  • Familiarity with SOAP and Web Services testing

• Additional Tooling (Advantageous):

  • Exposure to modern test automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress

• Certifications:

  • ISTQB or similar certifications are considered a strong advantage

• General Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to grasp complex systems and see end-to-end processes

  • Independent learner with a proactive approach to new technologies

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic project environments

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
